13.2 How PIN Verification Works
- The system prompts for a supervisor PIN
- The supervisor enters their 4-digit PIN
- A short-lived session proof is issued (valid for 5 minutes)
- The proof is attached to the action for audit purposes
- After 5 minutes, a new PIN entry is required
