Every new SikaBooks account starts with a 30-day free trial. No payment is required during this trial period.
Paid subscription and add-on charges are non-refundable. This includes monthly and yearly billing cycles.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the charge date. Approved refunds are processed as full invoice refunds only (no partial or prorated cash refunds).
When approved, refund processing is initiated within 7 business days. Final settlement timing depends on your card, MoMo, or bank provider.
