Refund Policy

1. Trial-First Billing Model

Every new SikaBooks account starts with a 30-day free trial. No payment is required during this trial period.

2. General Refund Rule

Paid subscription and add-on charges are non-refundable. This includes monthly and yearly billing cycles.

3. No Cash Refund Scenarios

Cash refunds are not provided for:

• Unused time in a billing period
• Early cancellation after payment
• Plan downgrade after payment
• Add-ons disabled at period end

4. Exception-Only Refund Cases

Refunds are considered only for verified billing errors, including:

• Duplicate charges for the same invoice
• Incorrect amount billed
• Proven unauthorized transaction

5. Request Window and Scope

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the charge date. Approved refunds are processed as full invoice refunds only (no partial or prorated cash refunds).

6. Processing Timeline

When approved, refund processing is initiated within 7 business days. Final settlement timing depends on your card, MoMo, or bank provider.

7. How to Request a Review

Send your request to support@sikabooks.com and include:

• Invoice number
• Business name
• Charged amount
• Payment reference
• Reason for request

8. Legal and Policy Priority

This Refund Policy forms part of the SikaBooks Terms of Service. It is governed by the laws of Ghana.
