Welcome to SikaBooks! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SikaBooks website, products, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Your SikaBooks Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify SikaBooks immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content (excluding your User Content) are owned by SikaBooks or its licensors. You may not use any SikaBooks trademarks, logos, or other proprietary graphics without prior written permission.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
