This policy explains trial activation, renewal billing, failed payment handling, and cancellation behavior.

New subscriptions start with a 30-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial. Paid billing starts only when the trial ends and a paid cycle is active.
Plans are billed monthly or yearly based on your selected cycle. Active subscriptions renew automatically unless cancellation is requested before the next renewal date.
Invoices are generated according to your subscription cycle and plan pricing. Invoice totals include plan charges and any active billable add-ons. Taxes or payment-provider charges may apply where required by law or gateway rules.
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry collection and notify the account owner. Continued payment failure can result in subscription delinquency, restricted access, or suspension until outstanding invoices are cleared.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep access through the period already paid for. No prorated cash refund is provided for unused time after cancellation.
Plan downgrades or add-on disable requests apply at period end unless explicitly stated otherwise in your billing UI. Current-period charges remain due and are not refunded.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Default rule is non-refundable billing except verified billing error cases handled under that policy.
