Reports

The Inventory module includes five built-in reports to help you monitor and analyze your stock.

Stock Levels Report

Purpose: View current stock quantities across all products and locations.

• Filter by location to focus on a specific warehouse or store.
• Search by product name or SKU.
• Shows quantity on hand, average cost, and value by location.

Stock Movements Report

Purpose: Review the historical movement ledger for audit and analysis.

• Filter by movement type, location, date range, and product.
• Shows each movement with quantity, cost, balance after, and user.
• Use for investigating discrepancies or auditing stock changes.

Valuation Report

Purpose: Calculate the total value of your inventory.

• Shows inventory value by product using current average cost.
• Filter by location for location-specific valuation.
• The live report displays quantity, average cost, total value, and percentage of total inventory value.

Expiry Report

Purpose: Identify batches approaching or past their expiry date.

• Shows batches expiring within a configurable number of days (default: 90).
• Filter by location and alert window.
• Helps plan markdowns, returns, or write-offs for expiring stock.

Low Stock Report

Purpose: Identify products that need reordering.

• Shows products with quantity on hand at or below the reorder point.
• Displays the product's configured reorder quantity for easy ordering.
• Filter by location.
