Reports, Data Rights, and Retention

HR reports summarize workforce status, contract coverage and expiry, pending leave, and operational exceptions. Authorized users can produce an employee data-access export for access requests or controlled review.

Employees may request access to and correction of their personal information. Validate identity and permissions before exporting or correcting records. Retention settings should support policy-driven archival and deletion but must not remove evidence still required for employment, tax, pension, Payroll, disputes, or audit.

Downloads and sensitive changes are auditable. Keep reports and exported files in approved secure locations and delete working copies according to business policy.
