Reusable templates define onboarding and offboarding tasks. Start a workflow from the employee profile, assign tasks to HR or team users, set due dates, decide which tasks employees can see, and retain completion notes as evidence.
Onboarding commonly covers employment particulars, policy acknowledgements, account setup, introductions, and required documents. Offboarding commonly covers notice, handover, outstanding leave, document return, asset-return notes, portal revocation, and Payroll clearance.
Starting offboarding does not erase the employee. Use pending-exit status and an effective exit date, complete the checklist, coordinate final Payroll where enabled, then terminate or archive the record according to policy.
