Contracts are versioned employment particulars. Create a complete draft, review the dates and terms, then issue it. Once issued, the version is treated as historical evidence; create a new version to change the terms. Employees can view and acknowledge issued contracts in self-service, and HR can upload a signed copy.
The dashboard warns when written particulars are still missing after two months and when a contract or probation period is approaching its end. These are operational reminders, not a guarantee of legal compliance.
Employee documents accept PDF, JPEG, and PNG files up to the configured 10 MB limit. Files use private storage and authorization-controlled downloads. Production uploads require the configured malware scanner. Mark only appropriate documents as employee-visible and request acknowledgement only when the employee must confirm receipt.
Emergency-contact information is sensitive. Users need the sensitive employee-data permission to add, view, or remove it.
