18.1 Managing Tags

  1. Go to Sidebar > Settings > Tags
  2. View, create, edit, or delete tags

18.2 Assigning Tags

  1. Go to a customer or deal profile
  2. Click Add Tag
  3. Select existing tags or create new ones
  4. Tags appear as badges on the record

18.3 Filtering by Tags

Use tags as filters on the customer and deal list pages to segment your data.
