Give customers self-service access to their quotes, invoices, and contracts via secure signed links.

19.1 How It Works

  1. On a customer profile, click Portal Link
  2. A signed URL is generated (no login required)
  3. Share the link with the customer
  4. The customer can:
    • View their dashboard
    • Review and accept/decline quotes
    • View and download invoices
    • View and download contracts
    • See payment history

Portal availability notes:

  • The portal only shows document areas that are provisioned for the tenant
  • If invoices, contracts, or payments are not available in that tenant’s CRM schema, those sections are hidden or unavailable
  • Expired quotes cannot be accepted from the portal

19.2 Security

  • Links are cryptographically signed — they cannot be guessed or tampered with
  • Links are rate-limited (60 requests per minute)
  • No authentication required — the signature is the access token
