Email Templates

Create reusable email templates with dynamic placeholders for consistent communication.

17.1 Viewing Templates

1. Go to Sidebar > Settings > Email Templates
2. Browse templates by category

17.2 Creating a Template

1. Click New Template
2. Enter:
   • Template name
   • Subject line
   • Email body with placeholders
   • Channel (Email, WhatsApp)
3. Click Save

17.3 Available Placeholders

Use placeholders that auto-fill with customer data:

• {{customer_name}} — Customer's full name
• {{company_name}} — Company name
• {{deal_name}} — Deal name
• {{deal_value}} — Deal value
• {{rep_name}} — Assigned rep's name
• And more (shown in the template editor)
