16.1 Pipeline Report

Shows deal distribution across pipeline stages:

  • Deal count and value per stage
  • Weighted pipeline value (value x probability)
  • Stage conversion rates

How to use:

  1. Go to Sidebar > Reports > Pipeline Report
  2. Select the pipeline
  3. Set the date range

16.2 Win/Loss Analysis

Shows deal outcomes with reasons and patterns:

  • Win rate by pipeline, rep, and source
  • Lost deal reasons breakdown
  • Average deal cycle time
  • Stage-level drop-off analysis

How to use:

  1. Go to Sidebar > Reports > Win / Loss
  2. Set the date range
  3. Analyse patterns for improvement

16.3 Sales Forecast

Projects near-term revenue based on deal pipeline:

  • Deals by forecast category
  • Expected close dates
  • Probability-weighted totals

How to use:

  1. Go to Sidebar > Reports > Sales Forecast
  2. Set the forecast period
  3. Review upcoming weighted pipeline

Provides a deeper forecasting view using forecast categories and history:

  • Category-based forecast totals
  • Rep-level forecast breakdown
  • Forecast accuracy trends
  • Commit vs pipeline visibility

How to use:

  1. Go to Sidebar > Reports > Enhanced Forecast
  2. Set the date range or forecast window
  3. Compare rep forecast quality and category mix

Compares individual rep metrics:

  • Revenue won
  • Deal count and average deal size
  • Win rate and conversion rate
  • Average cycle time

How to use:

  1. Go to Sidebar > Reports > Sales Rep Performance
  2. Set the date range
  3. Compare rep leaderboards

Shows revenue stability from recurring customer contracts:

  • MRR and ARR
  • Renewal and churn visibility
  • Concentration risk
  • Contract-driven recurring revenue patterns

How to use:

  1. Go to Sidebar > Reports > Recurring Revenue
  2. Review the active contract base
  3. Monitor churn and concentration exposure

Shows new customer growth trends:

  • New customers by period
  • Breakdown by source, region, and segment
  • Acquisition cost (if tracked)

  2. Set the date range
  3. Analyse growth patterns

16.8 Pipeline Velocity

Measures how fast deals move through stages:

  • Average time in each stage
  • Overall cycle time (lead to close)
  • Bottleneck identification
  • Velocity trends over time

How to use:

  1. Go to Sidebar > Reports > Pipeline Velocity
  2. Select the pipeline
  3. Identify slow stages

Shows which channels are generating the most leads and revenue:

  • Lead source name
