Set reminders for yourself or team members to follow up on important actions.

15.1 Viewing Reminders

  1. Go to Sidebar > CRM > Reminders
  2. View pending reminders sorted by due date

15.2 Creating a Reminder

  1. Click New Reminder
  2. Enter the reminder text
  3. Set the due date and time
  4. Link to a customer or deal (optional)
  5. Click Save

15.3 Managing Reminders

  • Dismiss — Mark as handled
  • Delete — Remove the reminder
