Configure CRM behaviour and defaults.
20.1 General Settings
- Default Pipeline — Pipeline used for new deals unless specified
- Stale Lead (Hours) — Flags leads that have gone inactive beyond the configured window
- Inbox Response SLA (Hours) — Controls when conversations appear overdue in the inbox
- Tenant Currency & FX — CRM now inherits the tenant’s shared currency policy, supported currencies, and FX source instead of owning its own currency settings
If you have permission, use Manage Currency & FX to open the tenant-wide currency settings screen.
20.2 Invoice Sync
Invoice sync is configured from the separate Invoice Sync settings page:
- Standalone — CRM invoices remain inside CRM only
- Dual-Mirror — CRM invoices create corresponding Accounting invoices when the Accounting module is enabled
- Accounting authority — In dual-mirror mode, receivables and payment progression are controlled from Accounting
- Retry Sync — Failed mirror attempts can be retried from the CRM invoice detail page
20.3 Lost Reasons
Configure required lost reasons:
- Go to CRM Settings
- Enable Require Lost Reason — forces reps to select a reason when losing a deal
- Add custom lost reasons (e.g. "Price too high", "Chose competitor", "No budget")
20.4 Lead Sources
Manage the list of lead sources:
- Website, Referral, Cold Call, Social Media, Event, Partner, etc.
- Add custom sources as needed
20.5 Segments & Industries
Define customer segments and industries for categorisation:
- Segments: SME, Enterprise, Government, NGO, etc.
- Industries: Technology, Healthcare, Finance, Retail, etc.
20.6 Lead Scoring Rules
Configure how lead scores are calculated:
- Go to CRM Settings > Lead Scoring
- Set point values for different actions and attributes
- Set temperature thresholds (Hot, Warm, Cold)
20.7 Stale Lead Threshold
Set how many hours of inactivity should pass before a lead is treated as stale on the dashboard and lead worklists.
20.8 Document Branding
- Go to Sidebar > Settings > Document Branding
- Upload your logo
- Set header/footer text for PDFs (quotes, invoices, contracts)
- Configure colours and layout
