Asset Management uses role permissions to separate operational and finance tasks.
Common permission areas include:
- Dashboard view.
- Asset view, create, edit, capitalize, transfer, adjust, impair, dispose, import, labels, and attachments.
- Depreciation view, run, post, and reverse.
- Audit view, create, scan, approve, resolve variances, and export.
- Maintenance view, manage, and preventive scheduling.
- Reports view and export.
- Settings manage.
If a user cannot see a page or action, confirm the business has Asset Management enabled and the user has the matching permission.
