Asset Management uses role permissions to separate operational and finance tasks.

Common permission areas include:

  • Dashboard view.
  • Asset view, create, edit, capitalize, transfer, adjust, impair, dispose, import, labels, and attachments.
  • Depreciation view, run, post, and reverse.
  • Audit view, create, scan, approve, resolve variances, and export.
  • Maintenance view, manage, and preventive scheduling.
  • Reports view and export.
  • Settings manage.

If a user cannot see a page or action, confirm the business has Asset Management enabled and the user has the matching permission.
