12.1 Menu item not showing
Check that the linked Inventory product is active, the menu item is active, the category is active, and the item is available.
12.2 Cannot open Restaurant POS
Confirm POS is enabled, the user has restaurant order permissions, an active register exists, and the POS shift process is ready.
12.3 Items not reaching kitchen
Check prep station setup, the item's prep station, and whether the order/check was fired or sent.
12.4 Table counts look wrong
Review open checks, table transfers, billing status, dirty-table behaviour, and manual table status changes.
12.5 Reports look incomplete
Confirm the date range, location filter, order status, paid/billed status, and whether the service happened through Restaurant POS rather than an unrelated manual path.
