- Managers — settings, reports, menu setup, void/cancel controls.
- Waiters — open checks, add items, fire orders, manage seats/tables where allowed.
- Kitchen staff — view KDS and bump items/orders.
- Cashiers — checkout, payments, receipts, and shift discipline through POS.
- Inventory staff — products, ingredients, stock, and costing.
Limit cancellation, voiding, settings, and report access to trusted users.
