On a prepared online phone or tablet till, open the sale and choose Discount for a sale amount or percentage. Use the item's discount action for an individual line. Remove discount restores that manual choice; it does not change a completed sale. Current server prices, tax rules, promotion versions and cashier limits determine the reviewed total.

Choose Offers to review eligible promotions. Scan every physical item, including the free items, before selecting rewards. For cashier-choice offers, select exactly the requested count from eligible scanned units, then choose Confirm free items. Automatic offers need no gift selection. The till explains conflicts; promotional items cannot receive another manual discount. Changing quantities clears gift choices for review instead of moving them to different goods.

An above-limit discount opens supervisor approval before payment. A location-authorized supervisor enters their 4-8 digit PIN and a reason. Approval lasts five minutes and applies only to that exact reviewed sale, cashier session and checkout. Changing the sale requires a fresh review. PINs and approval references are not saved in sale or payment evidence. Approval is not payment or a stock reservation.

Customer attaches an active POS customer when customer-view permission is available; walk-in remains available without it. Note saves an internal sale note. Discounts, offers and these sale details require online checkout in this release. The app never silently removes a discount or gift to force offline payment. Ordinary prepared offline baskets retain their existing rules. Parked baskets retain their details and receive a fresh price review on recall.

Before accepting tender, review any changed total. Stock reserved for unresolved offline selling may require synchronization and reconciliation first; no uncertain allocation is released automatically. If the connection fails after payment evidence is saved, do not collect again or create a replacement sale. Recover the existing payment in Sync Centre using the same operation reference. Renew approval only when recovery confirms that checkout was not accepted; renewal does not make a saved paid operation editable.

To return an unpaid online sale to ordinary offline selling, choose Use basic offline sale and confirm Remove online details. This explicitly removes discounts, gift choices, customer attachment and notes. Supported-product checks, trusted authorization and stock allocations still apply; this action never changes a saved paid operation.

Receipts show the net subtotal after discounts, with promotion and manual savings labelled as already included, and identify selected gifts using saved sale evidence. Reprint never recalculates old sales from today's offers. Customer details are hidden from retained receipt display, sharing and printing when current customer-view access is unavailable; original encrypted payment evidence is preserved. Credit sales, returns/refunds, advanced reports and customer administration remain separate later native parity work; use the appropriate existing online workflow.
