Contact and Sensitive Profile Changes

You can update low-risk contact fields such as personal email, phone, and address directly. SikaBooks stores protected address information securely.

Legal name, government ID, bank or Mobile Money information, and statutory details require HR review. Choose the field, enter the requested correction, and submit a sensitive profile-change request. Only one pending request for the same field is allowed. HR records an approval or rejection; Payroll staff may still need to apply approved bank or statutory details.

An Approved bank or statutory request means HR accepted the request. It does not necessarily mean Payroll has applied it. Ask HR or Payroll about the handoff status before relying on the new value for salary payment or statutory processing.

Do not place passwords, authentication codes, or unrelated medical information in a change request.
