Set and track sales targets for your team by rep and period.
13.1 Viewing Goals
- Go to Sidebar > CRM > Goals
- View goals by period (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)
- See progress (current vs. target) for each rep
13.2 Creating a Goal
- Click New Goal
- Select the sales rep
- Set the period type (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)
- Set the period (e.g. "March 2026", "Q1 2026")
- Enter the target amount
- Click Save
13.3 Goal Tracking
Progress is calculated automatically from won deals:
- Current — Total value of deals won in the period
- Target — The goal amount
- Progress % — Current / Target as a percentage
- Status — On Track, Behind, Achieved
