Pipelines define your sales process as a series of stages that deals move through.

9.1 Viewing Pipelines

  1. Go to Sidebar > Settings > Pipelines
  2. View all pipelines with their stages

9.2 Creating a Pipeline

  1. Click New Pipeline
  2. Enter a name
  3. Add stages in order with:
    • Stage name
    • Probability percentage (e.g. Qualified = 20%, Proposal = 60%)
    • Maximum days in stage (optional, for deal rotting alerts)
  4. Click Save

9.3 Reordering Stages

  1. Go to the pipeline settings
  2. Drag stages to reorder them
  3. Changes are saved automatically

9.4 Stage Policies

Stage policies can enforce more than a simple checklist:

  1. Select a stage
  2. Add mandatory checklist items (e.g. "Budget confirmed", "Technical requirements gathered")
  3. Optionally define next-action SLA expectations for the stage
  4. Optionally auto-create follow-up activities when a deal enters the stage
  5. Optionally configure escalation actions for stalled or unmanaged deals

Deals cannot enter a controlled stage until required checklist items are satisfied. Additional SLA and follow-up automation keeps the pipeline disciplined after entry.

9.5 Default Pipeline

  1. Go to CRM Settings
  2. Set the Default Pipeline — new deals will use this pipeline unless specified otherwise
