Pipelines define your sales process as a series of stages that deals move through.
9.1 Viewing Pipelines
- Go to Sidebar > Settings > Pipelines
- View all pipelines with their stages
9.2 Creating a Pipeline
- Click New Pipeline
- Enter a name
- Add stages in order with:
- Stage name
- Probability percentage (e.g. Qualified = 20%, Proposal = 60%)
- Maximum days in stage (optional, for deal rotting alerts)
- Click Save
9.3 Reordering Stages
- Go to the pipeline settings
- Drag stages to reorder them
- Changes are saved automatically
9.4 Stage Policies
Stage policies can enforce more than a simple checklist:
- Select a stage
- Add mandatory checklist items (e.g. "Budget confirmed", "Technical requirements gathered")
- Optionally define next-action SLA expectations for the stage
- Optionally auto-create follow-up activities when a deal enters the stage
- Optionally configure escalation actions for stalled or unmanaged deals
Deals cannot enter a controlled stage until required checklist items are satisfied. Additional SLA and follow-up automation keeps the pipeline disciplined after entry.
9.5 Default Pipeline
- Go to CRM Settings
- Set the Default Pipeline — new deals will use this pipeline unless specified otherwise
