Manage customer contracts with status tracking and PDF generation.

8.1 Viewing Contracts

  1. Go to Sidebar > CRM > Contracts
  2. Browse contracts with status: Draft, Active, Expired, Renewed, or Cancelled
  3. Filter by status, customer, or date range

8.2 Creating a Contract

  1. Click New Contract
  2. Enter:
    • Contract title
    • Customer
    • Start and end dates
    • Value
    • Terms and conditions
  3. Click Save

8.3 Managing Contract Status

  • Draft -> Active — Activate the contract
  • Draft -> Cancelled — Cancel before activation
  • Active -> Expired / Cancelled / Renewed — Manage the live lifecycle
  • Expired -> Renewed / Cancelled — Close out expired agreements properly

Important lifecycle rules:

  • Non-draft contracts cannot be deleted
  • Contract status changes are restricted to valid forward lifecycle transitions
  • Renewed contracts remain part of the customer’s contract history

8.4 Contract PDF

Click Download PDF to generate a formatted PDF of the contract.
