Supplier Portal

The Supplier Portal lets suppliers respond to RFQs without a SikaBooks user account.

How It Works

1. Inviting a supplier generates a secure portal token.
2. The supplier opens the portal link.
3. The supplier can view the RFQ, acknowledge it, submit a quote, or update the quote while the token is active and the RFQ has not been awarded or cancelled.
4. Portal activity is tracked for acknowledgement, access, and response status.

Portal Security

• Each token is specific to one supplier/RFQ invitation.
• Tokens expire.
• The token grants access only to that RFQ invitation.
• If a supplier reports access failure, confirm the RFQ has not been awarded or cancelled and the token has not expired.
