Home shows today's sales at the chosen location, compared with the same weekday last week up to the same time. Needs you links directly to unreviewed short/over shifts, failed Accounting postings, late customer accounts and low stock among products sold at this location. Empty days keep the comparison chart and explain what it shows.
Use Sales for All, Owed, Refunds, Voided and Parked views. Search a receipt, customer, phone or Mobile Money transaction ID; the money bar and CSV follow the filters. Select a receipt to see its lines, payments and What happened timeline beside the list. A successful Accounting posting shows a human journal reference linked to Accounting when you can open it; otherwise it says Posted to Accounting. Actions follow your permissions. Void requires a supervisor PIN on the same day, before End shift; use Refund items for older sales. A parked sale can be opened at its till or cleared. Reprint uses the recorded receipt. Digital receipt sending is shown only when a supported receipt channel exists.
Tills and shifts shows the live drawer and closed shifts. Lock remotely uses the same register-level lock as the till: every browser needs a cashier PIN on its next action, including after a reload. Select a closed shift to see its Shift report (Z), cashier's note, drawer breakdown and Mobile Money IDs. Only short or over shifts need review. Staff with permission to edit tills can Mark as reviewed; the reviewer and time are kept. Balanced shifts do not need review and show Note left when a note exists. The Shift cell always includes the cashier. Print the Z report, or open Sales in this shift. Shift so far prints the X report while the shift remains open.
Customer accounts shows ageing and the oldest unpaid sale. Select a customer and Record a payment with the amount and method; Mobile Money needs its network and transaction ID. Allocation is oldest first and previews which sales are cleared or part paid. One submission key protects a retry from a second payment. Where Accounting posting is enabled, the collection debits cash/clearing and credits receivables separately from shift revenue. Failed postings stay visible with Retry posting for staff who can manage POS settings. Refunding an on-account sale reduces the balance before any money is paid out. Send a reminder opens WhatsApp with the amount and due date for you to send; Statement prints the account history; Change limit requires customer-edit permission. All customers keeps the customer directory reachable.
