Help, Privacy, and Access Problems

Use this Help guide from the portal header. If you cannot sign in, verify your email and account security first. If the invitation expired, the linked employee is wrong, a document is missing, or access was revoked, contact your employer’s HR team.

The portal is restricted to your linked employee record. Do not share downloaded employment documents or leave the portal open on a shared device. Enable the optional biometric lock where supported. The mobile app uses an app-switcher privacy cover so pay and personal information are not visible in the operating-system preview. You may ask your employer for access to or correction of your personal information under its approved privacy process.

Offline summaries show a freshness time. Sensitive change-request values are not stored in the offline cache. Refresh before relying on a balance, decision, payment state, or newly shared document.
