Activities are tasks, calls, meetings, and follow-ups that keep your sales process moving.

4.1 Activity Types

Type Icon Usage
Call Phone Scheduled phone calls
Email Envelope Email follow-ups
Meeting Camera In-person or virtual meetings
WhatsApp Chat WhatsApp messages
SMS Chat text Logged text-message touchpoints
Facebook Facebook Logged Facebook interactions

4.2 Creating an Activity

  1. Go to Sidebar > CRM > Activities (or from a customer/deal profile)
  2. Click New Activity
  3. Enter:
    • Activity type
    • Subject
    • Due date and time
    • Customer and/or deal (optional)
    • Assigned to
    • Notes
  4. Click Save

4.3 Viewing Activities

Filter activities by:

  • Status: Pending, Overdue, Today, Upcoming, Completed
  • Type: Call, Email, Meeting, etc.
  • Assigned to
  • Date range

4.4 Completing an Activity

  1. Click the activity
  2. Click Mark Complete
  3. Add outcome notes (optional)
  4. The activity moves to completed status

4.5 Calendar View

  1. Go to Sidebar > CRM > Calendar
  2. View activities on a calendar (month/week/day)
  3. Click a date to create a new activity
  4. Click an event to view details
