Table Management

Order Flow to Kitchen
When a server submits an order, it appears on the kitchen display immediately. No paper tickets, no shouting across the pass. The kitchen confirms preparation and the server is notified when the order is ready.
Bar Tabs
Open bar tabs accumulate items across multiple rounds. When a guest is ready to settle, the tab is closed and the payment is recorded against the correct table.
Reporting
End-of-day reports show revenue by table, average ticket value, and kitchen turnaround times. Use this data to improve staffing and menu decisions.
